The way you treat yourself, either makes you feel really good or it makes you feel inadequate and like an imposter. In today’s episode, I’ll share what a healthy (and unhealthy) relationship with yourself looks like and discuss challenges that women face when they try to let go of self-doubt and negative self-talk.
