Even when things seem bleak, there are 5 ways to have hope:
Begin by acknowledging your feelings
Have a self-care routine that works for you
Reframe and adjust negative thoughts, words, and actions
Know that you still have control over some things
Adopt and have authentic, supportive connections
As you become intentional in focusing on what is within your control and give thanks for each day, it will help you to overcome anything you face easier.
