Description

Focusing on the wrong things leads to more frustration and stress. When we focus more on what is going right instead of what is going wrong gives us the ability to make educated decisions on how to move forward.
Here are four tips that can help:
Pause, stop and reflect
Determine what's within your control
Put a plan into place to shift what you can control
Surrender the rest to God

Stress is a part of everyday life, but it doesn't have to control or determine our present or future. As we become more intentional in acknowledging our feelings and dealing with them head-on will help to bring more clarity, confidence, and consistency.
To help you manage stress more effectively, I have created some journaling prompts for stress that can you grab https://audaciously.me/printables (here).
