Description

Rest is essential in our overall wellness as it gives our body time to recover, be renewed, restored, and replenished daily. When you don't give ourselves time for adequate rest, it begins to impact every aspect of our life in a negative way. It also limits our ability to fully serve and show up as our best selves daily. When we take the time to ensure that our cup is full and refilled daily, we can then be there for ourselves and others. Three keys in helping us getting our rest are:

1. It is a gift freely given by God. It can't be earned through our works

2. It helps the body to function at it's best

3. It gives you the ability to be there for yourself and others.
