To kick off a new month and to honor self-care awareness month, we are starting a new series on self-care, and we are breaking down the word "self" into an acronym. This week we are talking about the S in self which stands for the soul/spirit of you. Here are three tips to use to care for your spirit/soul:

1. Be intentional in setting aside time for yourself daily

2. Find what works for you such as journaling, reflection, prayer, meditation to nourish your soul during this time

3. Utilize the resources around you by asking for help when you need it
