Today we reflect on Matthew 5:20-26. “Leave your gift there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother or sister, and then come and offer your gift.” Through the blessings of confession and purgatory, we remember that we must be absolved of our sins first to truly enter into the glory of God.
