YOU ARE NOT ALONE…
Today’s episode is being brought to you by our magnanimous sponsor; Stump Town Kilts. I partnered up with StumpTown Kilts because I believe in their product, I wear their product, and I stand behind the craftsmanship of their product and the integrity of their company. If I didn’t, they would not be a sponsor for Being A Better Man.
Recently we had a contest. Stump Town kilts donated a kilt to be given away to the winner. And the winner, was Teri Roe, a female listener of the program. I just found out that she went with the camouflage option. They come in a variety of colors, and i’m telling you the style and craftsmanship of these kilts cannot be beat.
Now don’t feel bad because you didn’t get in on the contest. You can still get your very own StumpTown kilt at a substantial discount by going to their website; stumptownkilts.com and when you are checking out enter the code; betterman, all lower case, all one word, and you will receive 10% off your entire purchase. Don’t wait, do it today because premium kilt weather is just around the corner my friends.

Here we are again, its Friday and the weekend is upon us. I trust that you have all been having success, being a better man each day. I trust you have been diligent finding that opportunity in your life each day to be a better man than you were the day before. I applaud your efforts! You really should give yourself a pat on the back because its a pretty big deal.
However, if you are having a hard time, if you are struggling with finding ways to be a better man, I want to invite you to contact me. Just write me a letter and let me know what you are struggling with.
It can be very tough at times, for all of us. Because we all have developed habits over the course of our lives that are not the best, lets face it. A bad habit could be the kind of people you hang out with, the places you go, how you spend your free time, what your diet looks like, or any number of things. It is these habits that are standing in the way of your individual improvement as a man.
To break that cycle requires a great deal of personal will, strength of character, and tremendous focus. You know I always say that the things we focus on expand right? Well the focus required to replace a bad habit with a good one is off the charts. Its the kind of focus that common men don’t have the strength for, it’s hard, and it can be uncomfortable.
