Ashley is a yoga, meditation, wellness director, and Boss With Locs who creates spaces to explore the act of mindfulness through meditation, celebration, and therapeutic conversation. She is the co-founder of BRWN Girl Talk, she is a Yin yoga instructor, and Charleston's first Black ambassador for Lululemon.
