In May of 2017, I shot a vlog called “Letting Go of the Number.” In that vlog, I talked about how I had decided to abandon my forever-and-ever, perfect goal weight after a long plateau at a higher number. But now, two and a half years later, I’m at that first goal weight, while eating MORE food. What shifted? The answer: I started to sauna. Sauna use is a miracle practice that effortlessly moved me past my weight-loss plateau. In this week’s vlog, I’ll explain in detail the myriad benefits of sauna use (and we’ll even take a field trip in my house, to my sauna).
