Today....Prisoners Break Out of the New Orleans Jail by diggin a hole under the toilets...which raises the question....just how often are we cleanin' the toilets in the jail?....a report says FEMA is not ready for the upcoming hurricane season....well there's a SHOCK....when has FEMA ever been ready for anything?
