Anything that you do well is because of the hours you put into practice. Malcolm Gladwell writes to become an expert in a field you must put in 10,000 hours of work. The same goes for leadership. Being a leader in a Crisis, is more than writing a plan and holding a drill, it is putting your time and energy into practice. We learn from our mistakes, we make models and break them and make them again. We need to dig deep into who we are, where we want to go and who we want to be. Then we implement our changes and do it all over again. Check out our episode on the POP-DOC loop.
