In our passage this week, Jesus confronts both the perversion of the system and the blindness of the leaders, stepping boldly onto the religious scene and squarely into the crosshairs of the Jewish leaders. This passage encourages us to make sure our worship is of the sort that pleases and exalts our God and Savior.
