Description

February is a prime time for burnout. So on today’s episode, Lana and I are going to talk about how we can mitigate some of this overwhelm and prepare the best we can as we head into the month of February. We discuss the added stress that comes with the winter months and the need for intentionality in daily life to prevent feeling overwhelmed. The conversation covers the importance of breaking goals into manageable tasks, scheduling restful breaks, and being self-aware to recognize early signs of burnout.
