Are you ever laying in bed at night thinking you’re ready to quit everything and burn it all down? In today’s episode Meg and I are talking about the ways we quit on ourselves and in our lives. How do we know what to intentionally quit? What things are we quietly quitting? Why does the action of and even the word quitting make us so uncomfortable? This conversation includes all sides of quitting including that it’s okay to not be okay with quitting. The name of the game is balance and today’s episode goes in depth on aligning activities with priorities, checking in with yourself, and embracing the pivot so as to not quit on ourselves.
