What do you do with negative emotions? Sadness, anger, frustration, guilt...whatever it may be, do you push them deep down and never let them out? Perhaps you were taught as a child to put on a happy face, never show your weakness, or that your sadness wasn't valid. Today, I share a personal (and wild!) story of repressing negative emotions for 9 years that led to an unstoppable (yet inevitable) purge of emotions. We'll bring awareness to why you might be holding onto some "emotional baggage" and learn how to "unpack"...in a healthy way!
