PSA: Not confronting negative emotions actually HURTS your manifestations! Just because you're not thinking about them does NOT make you a "more positive person." It means you cannot process the negative emotions, which actually makes you hold onto them LONGER! Yikes.

What do you do with negative emotions? Sadness, anger, frustration, guilt...whatever it may be, do you push them deep down and never let them out? Perhaps you were taught as a child to put on a happy face, never show your weakness, or that your sadness wasn't valid.

Today, I share a personal (and wild!) story of repressing negative emotions for 9 years that led to an unstoppable (yet inevitable) purge of emotions. We'll bring awareness to why you might be holding onto some "emotional baggage" and learn how to "unpack"...in a healthy way!
