In every facet of his life and endeavors, real estate investor, author, and speaker Jose Berlanga is a force of unwavering tenacity. 

At only four years old, Jose found himself at death’s door following a devastating accident that left his body covered in third-degree burns. He spent his childhood growing up in various hospitals, leaving behind both physical and emotional scars that would carry into his adulthood.
