The people we have been called to serve in business are constantly telling us what they want and need. They are also sharing with us their dreams, aspirations, challenges, and roadblocks. The question is are we listening to them?
When we are able to hear them it allows us to create compelling stories that will resonate with them and draw them in. It will also help us know what products and/or services we need to be creating for them.
