As leaders, our words have a lot of power. They can elevate a person or tear them down. They can leave a person feeling encouraged or hurt.
Leaders need to tame their tongues and watch what they say. Their speech needs to be seasoned with grace, love and controlled by wisdom. Our words need to be filled with life and not death. They need to be purposeful.
The book of Proverbs provides over 300 verses about our speech. It's an important discussion and one we need to lean in and hear.
In today’s episode, we will discuss the leader's priority of speaking wisdom and knowledge into the lives of those who we lead. Because when we do that is when we will see more impact.
