Prayer is a foundational piece of being a Christian. Paul teaches us frequently in the New Testament to pray without ceasing but many of us don’t know how to pray. Our modern prayers might have more in common with a wish list to Santa Claus than prayer as understood by the early church and Jews. So, what is prayer and how are we to pray? This lesson will help you understand the purpose and structure of Prayer as taught in the Old and New Testaments and equip you with some simple principles to grow in your personal prayer life.
