Denise and Jackie talk about situations that make them feel “itchy,” developing an Emergency Protocol mini workshop, addressing resentments, and using the steps to move forward.
Starting off, Denise and Jackie talk about their updates on their new podcast studio and give thanks to those who helped them create their space and also navigate life using their protocol by taking steps back, finding the calm, and learning to adapt.
Then, Jackie talks about a situation at work where she had an “itchy” moment with customers who disrupted her rhythm and energy.
Denise mentions how they are working to create a mini workshop for Emergency Protocol, reports on their progress, and how they hope this will help others how that has evolved. The hope is to reach people that relate to their method of the steps. Denise reflects on a past sponsor that really helped her through tough times and reflects on the ripple effect of her sponsorship.
Lastly, Denise and Jackie reflect on addressing resentments: when to dig in and when to let go. They talk about the desire to compost some of those emotions instead of holding on to them and letting them fester, and using the steps to look beyond the emotions and behavior.
