Description

Moshe Gersht is a Wall Street Journal best-selling author, spiritual teacher, and motivational speaker.

His most recent book, It's All The Same To Me: A Torah Guide To Inner Peace and Love of Life sheds insight on the human condition and our God-given potential for achieving happiness. Deepak Chopra calls his works “an added contribution to the world's enlightenment.”

At a glance, all of us are unique and nothing in this world is the same except for everything binding it together. Behind everything, there is a unified sameness. There is a type of life you can live on a joyful, peaceful, and loving plane that one can experience when they start to touch base with the sameness that we see in everything. The focus is trying to connect to the universal connection that we are all here together as one.

Moshe describes uncanny parallels between the spiritual path and marketing. As we continue to broadcast ourselves and express vulnerabilities, we connect with our audience more deeply. The message is heard, and in turn, we get out of our way. Moshe shares a path towards mysticism and cosmic relation.

Moshe says, “I spent my teenage years lead singing for a signed rock band before my first spiritual awakening that brought me to Jerusalem. The next fifteen years were spent in deep study and practice of spirituality. I had my inner struggles, traumas, and dark night of the soul but in the end, thank God, have found myself swimming in the glowing light of freedom with a desire to share my wisdom, story, and light.

“Originally from Los Angeles, Ca, I grew up with the ambition of being a rock star. Not fully out of the question, as I was given the gift of music and a passion for the stage. I spent over seven years writing, recording, releasing albums, and touring. We opened up for some of our favorite bands and got to see America and part of Canada in the process.

“When I was twenty I had my first spiritual awakening that brought me to Jerusalem to find out what life was all about. I was in love with my music, but even more in love with life. I found something called a Yeshiva, a place of Jewish study, where we learned Torah for ten hours or more every day. I did this for the next thirteen years.

“The topic of my new book coming out in February is Hishtavus - which means equanimity or sameness. The power of sameness is something the core of this teaching. How beyond the physical appearance of all things we are connected as One.”
