Self-talk comes out of what you believe about yourself and your place in the
world and the rules you create to live by. From these, your self-talk is generated.
Is your self-talk empowering or limiting? Maybe a little of both depending on the situation?
Neuroscience and psychology show us the importance and power that self-talk has in
our lives. Like most things in life...you have a choice. What self-talk
will you allow to "live" in your head??
