We think losing weight will make us more worthy as a person.

Each of us is as worthy and valuable as we CHOOSE to be, regardless of our weight or appearance. It is important to accept where you’re at but want to be better at the same time. Not only because it makes us feel more ‘worthy’ to ourselves, but because if we don’t keep striving to be better, we know we’re cutting ourselves short and it can lead to feelings of depression and anxiety.

It’s an internal game!
