This time of year… the winter holiday season; delicious foods, amazing thanksgiving recipes, Christmas recipes… all of the amazing desserts and festivities.

It makes it really difficult to stick to our weight loss and fitness goals.

Unfortunately, many of those efforts go out the window and we find ourselves saying that we’re going to start on January 1st… the good ol’ New Year’s Resolution.

We’re here to encourage you to do it differently this year.

Let’s start NOW… because anything worth doing, doesn’t deserve to wait.

If you take the approach of starting at the beginning of the year it gives you some kind of justification to just eat whatever you want and not care for 6-8 weeks.

When you do this, 2 things happen:

1. You make it harder on yourself to start because you’ll be starting from a dead stop… with no momentum.

2. You would be starting further away from your goal because of the damage you did during those 6-8 weeks….

Don't quit on yourself just because it’s the end of the year.

The end of a calendar year (hopefully) isn’t the end of your life… and a day is still a day.

So how would it make any logical sense to treat these days any differently than you would treat the middle of the year?

You’re better than this approach.

You’ve got this!
