And it might seem logical to think that if you eat like we eat then, you’ll look like us…
It’s important to understand that the way we eat now has been a 10-year evolutionary process.
Our “bad” looks very different now than it did even a couple of years ago.
We do not recommend that you just start trying to eat like we do now but that you make changes to your own diet that are gradual and focused on just being a little bit better and a little bit better.
If you do that for 10 years (one day at a time), your diet will look similar to ours without the complication of trying to just brutally force yourself into it!
