We are built to believe the things we hear in the world around us, and if we aren’t pausing to be thoughtful about our thinking, we can start to believe negative, painful thoughts about ourselves and others. In this episode, I encourage you to contemplate the idea that you are not your thoughts and show you why doing so can help you live more intentionally.
