In the film, Henry Thomas plays 11 year old Davey Osborne (NOT Super Dave Osborne) who likes to pretend he is a spy. When he is given top secret military information hidden in a video game cartridge, he finds himself on the run from actual spies while trying to convince everyone that his usual flights of fantasy are indeed real this time.
