Kenneth “Ken” Waldroup, PE is the Executive Director of the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA), a special-purpose unit of local government created by the City of Wilmington and New Hanover County. Ken shares the history and the formation of the CFPUA, and the vital role it plays in our community and our local economy.

- CFPUA has $577 million in projects currently underway and another $612 million planned over the next 10 years, totaling $1.2 billion for infrastructure replacement and expansion.
