I genuinely believe daily challenges are one of the best ways to improve yourself.


  1. What simple thing can you do every day?
  2. Commit to a time period. 
  3. Tell as many people as possible that you’re going to do it. Accountability. 
  4. If possible, get somebody else to do it with you. 
  5. If you fail, don’t get disheartened. Start again the day after. 
  6. After your time period, assess. Do you want to carry on?
