Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking a Spiced Banana Daiquiri while Ben is drinking a Spring Cocktail #1. Recipes below.

Spiced Banana Daiquiri

• 2 oz Aged Rum
• 2/3 oz Banana Liqueur
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1/3 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Spring Cocktail #1

• 3/4 oz Mezcal
• 3/4 oz Congac or Brandy
• 3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into stemmed cocktail glass.
