Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking a 20th Century while Ben is drinking a Ye Ole Lander Recipes below.
20th Century
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz White Crème de Cacao
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Garnish with a lemon twist
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or brandied cherry.
