Marie Adell has been working in the online coaching space for the last 9 months, however is no stranger to inspiring others as a teacher of 20+ years. Living overseas provided a vast array of colour into her coaching, from learning many different breath work styles to Ayurvedic medicine to beautiful ways for forgiveness. Her background includes neuroscience, somatic methods, yoga, trauma informed mindfulness, and Human Design.
