Shim's horror film Umma, Sandra Oh's Amanda lives on an isolated farm with her daughter as beekeepers, but when she receives the ashes of her estranged mother and is asked to perform her final rites, spooky things start happening and Amanda finds herself haunted by her mother's vengeful ghost.
