After suffering from burnout and anxiety, she now guides people to find the happiness and joy in their life, set and crush goals that are meaningful to them, become more resilient and confident, and create/live a life they love. Kira also provides personalized and group Breathwork sessions and workshops.
Kira has a 20+ year career in Coaching and in Human Resources. She built her Human Resources career primarily in the Leadership Development, Employee Relations and Engagement, and Recruitment arenas.
In addition to her Positive Psychology Coaching and Breathwork certifications, Kira has a Masters from the George Washington University and a HR Certificate from Cornell University.
