Description

Some people avoid exercise because it’s just not enjoyable for them, but we contend that there’s something for everyone.  The key to enjoying grind time at the gym (or your living room) is finding something you enjoy!  Liz LOVES hip hop dance, so she completely geeked out the whole time, and of course Liz and Martha agree: hip hop dance is not only super fun, it’s a great way to get a great workout!
