Consistency is key to creating any habit. It is the small steps that we do, day in and day out that will guide you to create some of the best wellness habits. Giving attention to what you want to create and breaking it down into smaller steps makes it less overwhelming. Using SMART to create your goals will also help you create goals that are attainable. Using a planner or a calendar as a tool to get things done by scheduling all the things like an appointment. Use a habit tracker to see your progress.
