Who is Michelle Adams?

She is a lawyer, writer and creator of the podcast, Harvesting the Truth, The Story of Our Food. She was a medical litigator for 20 years before finding her true purpose as a good food & wellness advocate. Finding a voice for all of her ideas and passions has led her through the world of food entrepreneurship, blog writing and now, podcasting. She focuses on discovering information that will help others with mindful eating for a healthier life and a more sustainable world. She is a mom and dogmom with a passion for cooking and gardening. 1/4C sugar (coconut sugar is a great swap)

3T backing powder

2t baking soda

1t kosher salt
