Who is Karen and Where can you find her:

Karen is an educator and coach for all things juicing and plant-based. She suffered in her body for years with multiple chronic health conditions that popped up in her mid-30s, and all she was offered as a solution by doctors and specialists were endless rounds of antibiotics that never solved any of her issues. In July 2018 at age 38, she decided to ditch the pills and hired a coach to help her transition to a fully plant-based diet. It took only one month for all of her miserable chronic issues such as daily stomach pain, bloating, hives, painful inflammation and acne to clear up completely. Juicing was a big part of that healing! No matter what your diet consists of, juicing can provide a wealth of benefits and elevate your experience in life. We all deserve to feel good in our bodies. If you want to heal your digestion and have glowing skin, juicing is for you! There are healing waters hidden in fresh fruits, leafy greens and vegetables. When you drink fresh pressed juice, you are receiving vitamins, deep hydration and trace minerals from the source. Karen loves helping others find their way with plant-based eating and she encourages everyone, plant-based or not, to incorporate juicing into their lives.
