What is the secret to better health and wellness? We have all been searching for years to figure it out. Most of us turn to outside sources like a diet, an exercise program, a medical doctor, for the answers.
I would love to flip that. I invite you to look inside. How does the food, the movement, the relationship with self and others affect your health? We have forgotten how wise our body can be if we give it 1/2 the chance. How do you feed yourself? Get curious after you eat or move or hang out with others. How do you feel? Is it fueling you? or Draining you?
Shift based on you! Not what others tell you to do. :)
