Layers of Grief and How Grief Shapes Story
Grief can surface the moment a difficult realization sets in. Every loss, whether big or small, deserves to be acknowledged and honored. In my story, I shared how my inability to grieve for my losses led me to a dark and difficult place. Allowing myself to feel the pain, let it move through my body, and shed the tears I’d been holding back, helped me carry the weight of my losses.
In this episode, I have a heartfelt conversation about grief with my friend Renee Meyer, a hospice chaplain and spiritual director. My hope is that this episode offers you comfort and support on your own healing journey.
