This week's ikala Podcast episode, David Gonzales will be joined by Sabrina Chong. Sabrina was born in the Bay Area and experienced anxiety and depression at a very young age. She found solace in the earth and in fitness. It can be easy to feel a lack of power while being stuck inside, so she found joy in being outdoors. As a crossfitter, she strongly believes that everyone should have that same ability to not only connect with nature but also to find joy through movement. Part of her never wants to see someone go through what she experienced. She found a community where she can be herself, belong without any judgment, and push herself to the limit.
