1. What is their background and work experience? 
3. Do they have any areas of specialty and/or interest? Does this match the work your doing or are interested int?
5. Ask them what is their approach to supervision?

Check if they are 

1. Professional. 
3. Knowledgeable. 
5. You’re compatible
7. Convenient / do they have the availability to mete your needs?
