It's crucial to find someone you can work with and trust

Some things to ask or explore - check out their linkedin profile, website or other profiles 

  1. What is their background and work experience? 
  2. Do they have any areas of specialty and/or interest? Does this match the work your doing or are interested int?
  3. Ask them what is their approach to supervision?

Check if they are 

  1. Professional. 
  2. Knowledgeable. 
  3. You’re compatible
  4. Convenient / do they have the availability to mete your needs?
