For many of us, winning one world championship would be the accomplishment of a lifetime- this week's guest has not only won five, but then also went on to produce an Oscar-winning film.
Lesley Paterson is a Scottish Xterra triathlete who has been competing since the age of 14! In this episode she tells us what the multi-year long process of producing a film was like for her, and how it parallels elite sport in many ways.
