This week we had the pleasure of catching up with pro long course athlete Anne Reischmann! Anne is a German triathlete who trains in Switzerland, and in this episode she tells us all about her past few seasons and how she has taken a smart and at times conservative training philosophy in order to be successful and stay healthy. She also told us about her training partner Imogen Simmonds and how their strengths balance each other to create a positive training environment and friendship. Anne has placed 10th at 70.3 world champs the past three years, and we can't wait to see how she continues to improve in the years to come!
