Ironwomen - you heard it here first, we love Carrie Lester! Carrie is an Australian Professional Triathlete, Ironman Champion, and coach to many other pro-athletes. In this interview, Carrie gets open with Alyssa and Haley about her journey as a triathlete. With her husband as her coach, Carrie shares what it feels like to train in this dynamic, and develop as a professional athlete.
The trio discuss the pros and cons of training camps, and what the training environment can do for athletes. Not only does Carrie compete and coach, but she is also competing against her own athletes! For now, Carrie is taking a break from competition and is working on starting a family.
