Rachel Rozen is an accidental networker who left her Chief Customer Officer role at a Food Tech company and spent the majority of her career in hospitality and food tech. After going on a learning sabbatical to figure out her next role at the end of 2021, Rachel discovered her "Zone of Genius" and wanted to pivot to a Chief of Staff position. Rachel embarked on an extensive networking journey in May of 2021, connecting with over 40 Chief of Staff professionals. Over the course of a year, she met nearly 300 individuals one-on-one, a remarkable feat considering she had only met five people from January to May of 2021. Rachel's passion for networking has led her to start her own consultancy, where she teaches others how to overcome their fears, plant their seed and grow their “net worth” network.
