Love can feel simple at times, and surprisingly hard to touch at others. Some days it is easy to offer care, patience, and warmth. Other days you might feel guarded, tired, distracted, or unsure what love even means in the middle of real life. This practice is an invitation to return to love in a grounded way, not as something you force, but as something you can sense, offer, and receive.
In this practice, you are invited to let love move from the mind into the felt experience of the body, noticing any qualities that come with it. You may find yourself offering it outward, first to a few beings you bring to mind, then widening the circle to your community and beyond. Before closing, the practice turns inward, offering yourself the same love you have offered to others.
What does love feel like in you right now?
This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice. The practice opens and closes with a bell as a soft cue.
