Description

In this morning intention meditation, you are invited to begin your day with a few grounded moments of breath, reflection, and quiet clarity. The practice starts with three cleansing breaths, then gently guides you into noticing the body being breathed, using the breath and the body as anchors you can return to at any time during your day.

From that settled place, you explore three simple but meaningful layers, your intention for how you want to show up, your deeper motivation or why, and an aspiration or declaration you wish to place out into the universe. The practice helps you shift from autopilot into a more conscious way of being, so you can move into the day with steadiness and purpose.

This meditation is a recording from a live Journey You Own meditation gathering, so you may notice natural pauses and soft references to the group as part of the shared practice space.
