You begin by settling into breath and body, then gently observing thoughts as they arise and pass. From that steadier place, you explore the word “change” and what it stirs up in you. You will be guided to notice any attachment to the past, any hesitation about the future, and what becomes possible when you meet change from the present moment. You will also reflect on what you are ready to release, and what you want to carry forward with you.
This practice can support you when you are navigating a transition, making a decision, or simply feeling the quiet pressure to adapt. You may leave with a little more space around your thoughts, a clearer sense of what matters, and a calmer body to carry you through what is next.
